hh98 displays Decimal Odds by default (e.g. 1.85, 2.40) as they are the easiest to understand. The number simply shows your total return for every ৳100 wagered — so at odds of 1.85, a ৳100 bet returns ৳185 in total (profit of ৳85). With Fractional odds (e.g. 17/20), the top number is your profit and the bottom is your stake — meaning a ৳20 bet earns ৳17 in profit. With American or Moneyline odds (+185 or -150), a positive number shows the profit on a ৳100 bet, while a negative number shows how much you need to stake to earn ৳100 in profit. You can select your preferred odds format at any time from your hh98 settings.

Account suspension and permanent closure are two separate options. To temporarily suspend your account, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings and select "Cooling-Off" or "Self-Exclusion". You can take a break of 24 hours up to 30 days — login will be disabled during this period. To permanently close your account, email support@hh98.im or submit a request via live chat. Please state "I would like to permanently close my account" and include your registered email address. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it beforehand. Once permanently closed, your data will be retained as required by law and then deleted.
