To open an account at hh98, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method are not allowed.
• Family members may hold separate accounts, provided they use different devices and payment methods.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping the account password secure is solely the user's responsibility.

Hh98 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day.

Deposits are usually processed instantly. If your balance is not updated within 15 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction ID.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from hh98. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–72 hours. Processing may take slightly longer on weekends.

Sport-specific rules apply to cricket, football, tennis, and other sports. For example, the Duckworth-Lewis method is used in cricket — results for rain-affected matches will be determined accordingly.

Each bonus offer at hh98 comes with its own specific terms, which are stated alongside the offer. As a general rule, once a bonus is claimed, it cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering amount has been completed.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically between 10x and 30x.
• Bets placed with a bonus may not count equally across all markets.

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on the same event across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Creating or operating accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to interfere with or tamper with the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating or posing as an hh98 staff member.
